Here’s how it works
Once you have filled out the inquiry form, we’ll schedule a free consultation call on Zoom that way I can get to know you, your business, and goals a bit better and you can get to know me. Essentially, I’m interviewing to be your sidekick.
Defining Your Brand
After you’ve completed your homework, I will get to designing your moodboard which will be the basis of your brand. You’ll be able to review and revise it before we head to designing your logo and full brand guide.
Building Your Brand
Once you’ve fallen in love with your brand’s moodboard, we’ll get to designing the logo, color palette, and patterns /textures of your unique brand. We’ll be sure to have 2 revisions during this process to really nail your brand.
Shaping Your Site
If you’ve opted to also create a website that is consistent with your new brand (which we HIGHLY recommend), we will work together to build a homepage that best serves your biz’s goals and communicates your values.
Your brand is ready to debut its new look and you couldn’t be more excited if you tried. When everything’s in place, we’ll launch your new site to the world and pop the virtual bubbly to celebrate. It’s party time!

Which package should I choose?
Each business will have different needs depending on the goals you’d like to achieve. For instance, if you are testing a business idea that you have but aren’t quite sure if it’s viable, it likely will be best to select the Brand Basics package.
Having said that,we’re here to help and will be happy to make a recommendation during our free consultation call. If the current packages you see don’t match exactly what you’re looking for, let us know as we can work on a specialized custom package for you.
What's a 'revision round'?
A revision round allows us to perfect your brand and/or website by sharing your thoughts and constructive feedback of the designs I have presented. Each package comes with 2 revision rounds which are applicable to when we hit certain milestones (e.g. moodboard, logo, homepage design, etc.) It’s important for the process that you collect your thoughts before sending feedback to minimize any back-and-forth. If you’d like extra revisions, we’d be happy to do that for you at a prorated rate.
Should I use Squarespace or WordPress?
There are many benefits to choosing either WordPress or Squarespace. Typically, Squarespace is a great platform if you are in the beginning stages of your business, aren’t very tech-savvy, or need a simple, beautiful website that you are fairly certain you won’t outgrow.
WordPress, on the other hand, is robust and allows you to do just about anything. It’s a wonderful choice for creatives who expect to grow or would love the option to expand (think businesses that open a shop or start a podcast). The Bold Ones is run on WordPress using Divi and it’s what we specialize in.
If you are still unsure, we can go over it together and find the platform that is perfect for you and your goals.
How does payment work?
My aim is to make payment as easy and painless as possible. If we decide we’re a good match, you will make a 30% deposit to reserve your design slot. Then 35% will be due no later than the day before the project’s start date and the final 35% will be due when the project is complete.
For example, if you choose the Brand Identity, a deposit of $675 (30%) is made to reserve your slot. A day before the project is set to start $787.50 (35%) is due. The final $787.50 is due when the project is complete (prior to sending the final files) for a total of $2250.
Payment can be made via Paypal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, or even Venmo.
Will I get a vector of my logo?
Can you create a custom package for me?
Yes, our packages do have add-on options available. If you don’t see a package that quite works for you, let me know in the Inquiry Form and I’ll be sure to share options in our free consultation call.
